Adam Phomin has spent his life coaching health and fitness, with a degree in kinesiology and over 25 years of experience training everyone from military recruits to police officers to everyday people chasing better health. His journey into food and farming grew out of that same passion for health—recognizing that true resilience starts not just with movement, but with what we eat. Today, Adam and his family raise all of their own protein on their regenerative farm in Ontario, practicing back-to-the-earth methods that reject shortcuts and put soil health first. To balance the demanding work of farming with his own health and personal goals, Adam created the 5AM Squat Club—a daily follow-along morning routine that blends mindset, functional fitness, and purpose-driven action. It’s the system he uses to stay fit, disciplined, and focused, while building both a farm and a life aligned with his values.
