Born on October 29, 1960, in Tampico, Mexico, of a Mexican Father and American Mother

Studied Agronomy Engineering majoring in Cattle in 1984 at the Tech of Monterrey ITESM

Married for 30 years, we are blessed with three daughters

Initiated and managed a cheese and Yogurt plant for 15 years starting in 1985
With up to 130 employees

Bought my first ranch (irrigated ) in 1991 in Ebano, SLP Mexico

Studied Andre Voisin, Alan Savory, Juan Carlos Avendaño, etc.. due to my passion for managing grass/cattle correctly and improving the environment which led me to find Johann Zietsman from Zimbabwe, Africa as I believe in being the best in what I do world wide

Learned from Mark Bader of FCE to balance rations for ruminants using Carbon, Hydrogen, and Protein instead of molecules for a more precise ration balancing which results in better rumen health = longevity and higher profits

Started and ran an FCE franchise for Mexico in 1997 serving mostly dairy cows in the largest dairy area of Mexico ( Torreon, Coahuila ) as a dairy nutritionist, consulting for up to 30,000 cows and having started my own grazed dairy in 1993 in my first ranch in Ebano, SLP Mexico

Having my own grazed dairy, 330 cows on 250 acres, allowed me to really learn correct grass management and dairy nutrition which enabled me to take these findings to my clients.

Have been the pioneer on no-till planting of legume trees for browsing by cattle in Mexico having visitors from all over to observe these very productive pastures of Leucaena/Bermuda grass with no external inputs.

Have given talks at the Society for Range Management, the Beefmaster annual convention in Monterrey, Mexico, and the Practical Farmers of Iowa annual convention.

Wrote a blog on the Beef producers magazine for over 2 years. Have appeared in the Holistic Management International and the Stockman Grassfarmer magazine

Bought my second ranch in 1997 in Gonzalez, Tamps. Mexico with the proceedings of the mineral and nutrition franchise.

In 2010 we moved to the USA

Started working as a consultant in 2011 and working as a cattle manager in Florida in April of 2012

Made much progress there in regenerating their sandy soil and kept consulting and teaching profitable and sustainable ranching courses in 2013, 2014, and 2015 across the USA, Mexico, and in Canada, in 2017 gave a course in Sicily, Italy where I’m still consulting

Moved to Katy, TX to manage 4 ranches with a total of 3,000 acres for another nonprofit organization

Have the experience in grass management, nutrition, and cattle genetics to obtain maximum profits at a low cost while improving the land carrying capacity, wildlife, and total environment enhancement which includes carbon sequestering

Have made great strides in helping farmers increase their stocking rate which determines profits.

Started Real Wealth Ranching to teach online and face-to-face courses on 4 Pillars
