Matt Goble has been involved in the farming and ranching industry in central Utah his entire life. A 5th generation farmer/rancher, Matt grew up on a farming operation in Nephi, Utah. Matt and his wife Aimee currently farm in Sanpete county Utah utilizing soil health practices such as management intensive grazing, no-till, and cover cropping. Matt holds a Master’s degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in Conservation Agriculture, and serves on the Utah wool grower board, Utah soil health board, and Sanpete county Farm Bureau. Matt serves as part of the Agriculture Business program at Snow College, where he is over Farm and Ranch Management degree pathway. He also enjoys producer outreach and has given presentations for several agricultural organizations. Mostly, Matt has a passion for agriculture, soil health, and learning and tries to instill that passion into his students. His motto is, “I sell sunshine and teach others how to do the same.”
