Lauren Jorgensen of Starlight Farm & Preserve
Lauren and her husband Frank “Toby” Tobias have owned and operated Starlight Farm in Live Oak, Florida for twenty years. But they’ve lived on the farm full for just under 5 years. Inspired by the film Kiss the Ground, they embarked on a lifelong journey of learning to restore and heal their 108-acre farm in North Florida. And Lauren has jumped into the Regen space in Florida by starting the Florida Soil Health Coalition. Together they raise beef cattle, chickens, horses, and a couple of donkeys.
